Frequent restart: the device goes offline repeatedly and the video is discontinuous。

The vehicle power supply is unstable. Please check the input voltage of the 8-36v device，
Memory disk or memory card failure. Format the storage disk / card or replace the storage disk / card while retaining the data。

Check whether the module status on the equipment is normal。
Check whether the GPS antenna is connected correctly. The antenna shall be placed in a wide and unobstructed place. If the vehicle is driving through a tunnel, a tall building or a big tree, it will not receive a signal. This is normal。
The device is online, but there is no location information. Please check whether GPS is on in the system serial menu. Or check whether the position of the GPS antenna is accurate, or try to replace the GPS antenna。

Check the status of 4G module and dial out parameter settings。
Check antenna connection and 4G signal strength。
Check the status of SIM card and whether it has Internet access function

Please confirm that the 4G module on the system dials successfully。
Check whether the IP address and port of the server set on the device are correct。
Check whether the platform server is running normally。

①Check whether there is an external pickup or whether the camera has audio acquisition function。
②Enter the video channel setting and check whether the audio is turned on;
③The channel for audio recording must have video input and normal recording。

During installation, keep the x-axis parallel to the travel direction and the y-axis perpendicular to the travel direction according to the direction indicated by the arrow on the front panel of the equipment.

Copy the upgrade file to the SD card or USB flash disk, insert the SD card or USB flash disk into the device, power on the device, and automatically upgrade after the device is started successfully. The system automatically restarts and upgrades. After restarting, check the version number in the system information menu.
